The hotel is located in a very beautiful, magical place on the lake. The hotel rooms are comfortable and all with views of the valley and the lake. On the ground floor there is a restaurant chudestny to which a quite acceptable price for dinner. It is very popular, almost all the seats are occupied in the evening. Located just 3 miles from the Valley of Glencoe, and 20 miles from Fort William. On the other side of the lake there is a walking trail along which you can walk to the mountain.

The culinary offerings were sensational! We dined at the hotel and savored every bite, with the mussels stealing the show. Plus, the cozy bar was perfect for winding down with a refreshing gin after a day of exploring.
Our room was above the bar, so the noise was a bit lively, but thankfully it quieted down around 11 pm. Not unbearable, just lively! The shower could use a good scrub, as there were signs of wear.

Our room had a gorgeous view over the river. The non-vegetarian breakfast was good, and we especially appreciated the friendly staff. The hotel has a perfect location with plenty of outdoor seating options.

The room is reasonably priced. It has stunning and awesome location very close to the lake. The bets part that it's very close to Loch Leven and the mountains, restaurant in NY, and both bars.

Cozy stay with some quirks
We had a chill 1 night. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar offered great drinks, especially the gin they make right there. I wasn't a fan of the pork cheek dish, it was kinda dry. Plus, the booths in the lounge were comfy but not so much. The autumn views of Glencoe were fine!

The location is perfect for exploring. We enjoyed visiting the local hiking trails and taking part in some water sports. The self-serve breakfast offered plenty of choices. Just be prepared for some minor issues with maintenance. The hot water in the bathroom was a hassle.
